And its very fast. Would recommend this laptop for ur business nor just to have fun playing games. Great buy for me. Very relieable. Great computer nice video. Very light. The Fusian5 line of laptops is amazing! This 14" screen delivers a very crisp picture with good sound at an affordable price. The wi-fi connects fast and strong with no issues at all. It is light weight, but delivers a wallop in options and usability! Why over pay for name brands and pay more just for their name? Fusion5 is a game changer and up and coming player in laptops!

The sound is tinny and the charger stopped working in less than a week. I'm not sure about the computer just yet so look for updates, but thank goodness Amazon has good customer service. Nice to support a British company and delivered within 2 days of ordering. By registering warranty was given an additional 90 days over the 12 months. Happy to recommend. I brought this product as a gift for my daughter. It is a good price and will satisfy its intended use. The laptop arrived days earlier than originally anticipated.

It arrived in good condition and was well packaged so no bumps and was well presented in its box. I'm pleased with the overall service. I did take it out to ensure the battery was fully charged and to update the OS to latest versions. Everything worked well. This is a really neat piece of kit and represents tremendous value.

Looking through the reviews, it appears that most purchasers get a real bargain and are flying but the odd defective unit gets through; sadly, I got one of the latter.

Charging was an issue from the outset - sometimes it would charge but for the majority of the time it wouldn't and sometimes it would suddenly stop charging for no reason - I think this was down to a dodgy charging socket on the laptop.

I spent a few days familiarising myself with it, getting it set up, installing my software and importing my data and, first thing one morning, I was set to roll - I pressed the power button and I was then confronted by a white screen - I overcame this by putting it to sleep and waking it up a few times; I thought this might be down to a boot glitch, so shut it down and started it up again It then started corrupting files as I saved them to an external hard drive. At this point, I decided to return it for a refund and ordered a far more expensive replacement from another manufacturer - after that, it worked perfectly.

When I had the new new laptop set up and got around to sanitising this one before return, I was faced with the problem of it not charging at all and the sanitising process refusing to run whilst the laptop was not connected to mains power - I eventually got around this.

What a shame. This Laptop is excellent for this price range, delivery was ultra quick, customer service emails are friendly and the Laptop itself is smooth, fast, ultra thin and easy to set up.
